Admission Form
The admission to the above trades/courses will be made strictly according to the guidelines framed by the SCVT Directorate of Technical Education, Himachal Pradesh and the NCVT New Delhi. The admission will be made on the basis of merit the selection list will be displayed on the notice board of the institute. The candidates desirous of seeking admission will have to deposit the fees in the office within 3 days of the declaration of the merit list.

Rs 1000/- on account of registration fee will have to be paid at the time of submission of application form. The following document will be submitted along with the application form at the time of admission:

• Attested copy of Matriculation Examination. (2 Copies)
• Attested copy of +2 Examination. (2 Copies)
• Attested copy of B.Sc./B.Com/B.A./M.A. certificate if any. (1 Copy)
• Character certificate from the Institute last attended. (1 Copy)
• Medical certificate issued by any Medical officer. (1 Copy)
• Bonafide certificate. (1 Copy)
• Certificate of SC, ST, if any. (1 Copy)
• Passport size Photo attach, separately. (5 Photos)
• Attached self Addressed Envelop with stamped Rs 5/- . (5No. for 1 Year Course and 10 No. for 2 Year Course)
